Career Woman, Inc. is a Seattle-based international consulting company dedicated to the advancement of women in business and the achievement of women's personal and professional aspirations.

Marketing:

Starting a Marketing Department: We need help starting a marketing department including everything from determining the types of marketing positions, writing the job descriptions, and determining compensation to interviewing, hiring, and training the new employees.
Interim Marketing Leader: We need an interim marketing leader.
Marketing Processes: We need someone to create all the appropriate marketing processes for the typical four "Ps" of marketing, including: Products (create and implement a new product/service introduction process); Pricing (create and implement the processes for how we determine and implement pricing); Promotions (create and implement a process for how we promote our products and services); and Place (help us determine the most effective distribution channels for our products/services).
Marketing Evaluation: We need someone to come in and evaluate everything about our marketing department from our people to our processes to how we track, measure, and manage results and then provide us with recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Projects: We need someone to help us with various marketing projects such as: Creating the content for a new website; helping us start and market a new business unit; helping us market our association and gain new members; helping us take a new product/service to market.
Marketing Training: We need someone who can provide development training on various topics such as: How to create successful presentations, how to successfully pitch ideas to senior management, how to speak in front of large groups of people, how to prepare for an interview with the media, preparation for speaking at analyst meetings, how to dress for success, etc.

Strategic Planning:

Starting a Strategy Planning Department: We need help starting a strategic planning department including everything from determining the types of strategy planning positions, writing the job descriptions, and determining compensation to interviewing, hiring, and training the new employees.
Interim Strategy Planning Leader: We need an interim strategy planning leader.
Strategy Processes: We need someone to create a strategy planning process we can follow for our department/division/overall company/association.
