"I was impressed by one of the attendees' comments: 'It's wonderful to see such a polished and professional female speaker tackle this topic.' Lisa brings humor, reality and very applicable techniques to the 'how to manage my career' topic. She may joke about the basic behavioral differences between the sexes, but really does address what many women do to inadvertently 'shoot themselves in the foot' career-wise. It's reminiscent of Christopher Flett's 'Alpha Male' presentation during which he calls out the things that women do that keep them from rising up the ladder. We, as female professionals, have no problem building strategic plans, writing business cases and marketing products as part of our daily jobs. Why then, do we have so many problems marketing ourselves? Lisa provides us a real-world recipe for career success." - Lynne Reynolds
